About
Our story
Nora District is a 40-acre transformation along North Railroad Avenue, a historic corridor reimagined through adaptive reuse, preservation of character, and thoughtful new development. What was once a collection of industrial buildings is evolving into a vibrant, walkable neighborhood that reflects West Palm Beach’s next chapter.
Led by NDT Development, Place Projects, and Wheelock Street Capital in partnership with the City of West Palm Beach, Nora is guided by a shared vision of smart growth, one that celebrates history while creating space for the future. The district’s plan thoughtfully integrates restored 1920s-era warehouses with contemporary architecture, uniting the area’s industrial charm with a dynamic mix of dining, wellness, retail, and hospitality.
More than a development, Nora represents a considered approach to urban revitalization, where people can live, work, and gather within an environment that honors authenticity and connection. With new residences, offices, hotel, and public spaces interwoven with cafés, shops, and green plazas, Nora is shaping a neighborhood rooted in heritage and designed for what’s next.
