NDT Development

An opportunistic real estate investment, development, and management company based in West Palm Beach, Florida. NDT employs a localized approach with the goal of creating positive and lasting change in the South Florida submarket.

NDT has developed across property types including hospitality, residential, office, and mixed-use.

NDT owns successful restaurants and bars locally including Cucina, 123 Datura/Four, and Lola 41.

A Miami-based real estate investment firm, operating partner, and place-maker focused on reimagining the real estate landscape through development, planning, and content curation.

Place Projects and its founder, Joe Furst, have a proven track record of co-creating vibrant developments, working alongside community and policy makers.

Place Projects’ current real estate portfolio includes several residential, commercial, and retail developments throughout Florida, including Wynwood, West Palm Beach, Doral, and St. Petersburg.


Wheelock Street Capital

Private investment firm founded in 2008 by Merrick R. Kleeman and Jonathan H. Paul, two veteran real estate private equity investors, each with over thirty years of broad real estate transaction experience across all major asset classes and a desire to get back to hands-on investing.

Since inception, Wheelock has raised eight funds, representing over $5 billion in equity capital commitments on behalf of well-known institutional investors.

This includes a targeted $1.2 billion and $1 billion of capital that the firm is currently deploying in its opportunistic/value-add vehicle and open-end long-term value vehicle, respectively.


Francis X. Scire, Jr.


Prior to joining the Nora District, Francis was a Senior Vice President and Head of Leasing, Marketing and Brand Management at O’Connor Capital Partners based in Palm Beach. He oversaw all leasing transactions within the O’Connor portfolio and is responsible for all corporate and property marketing.

With over 25 years in the retail real estate development industry, Francis has leased outlets, open-air lifestyle centers, traditional enclosed shopping centers, and a downtown revitalized retail core. Prior to joining O’Connor in 2018, Francis was a Vice President of Leasing at WS Development where he lead the leasing for the Royal Poinciana Plaza in Palm Beach.
