Macs 44 (Arriving Soon)

Macs 44, the newest concept from Mama Hospitality, the group behind Mary Lou’s, will introduce an intimate, 80-seat performance-driven salon in West Palm Beach’s Nora District. Inspired by the glamour, decadence, and theatricality of a bygone era, Macs 44 reimagines the classic entertainment salon through a contemporary lens, bringing together live music, vocal performance, choreography, and elaborate show design. Each evening will unfold as an intentionally curated production, with the stage serving as both the physical and creative centerpiece of the room. Here, entertainment isn’t simply part of the evening; it’s the main event.

Designed by Mama Hospitality Co-Founder Alex Melillo in collaboration with Jason Volenec of Volenec Studios, the 3,600-square-foot venue will pair provocative performances and old-world glamour with an elevated cocktail program, caviar service, and a tightly edited menu of culinary indulgences. Named in tribute to Michael “Mr. Mac” McEvoy, the grandfather of Mama Hospitality co-founders Topher and Dottie Grubb, Macs 44 draws inspiration from his lifelong appreciation for opera, music, and the art of entertaining. The result is a new kind of nightlife destination where artistry, hospitality, and a little well-intentioned mischief share the spotlight.
