The Nora Way
At Nora District we’re building a place where everyone feels welcome. A neighborhood that celebrates connection, creativity, and everyday life. We believe in kindness, respect, and good energy, like the kind that turns a visit into a memory and a community into something lasting.
To keep the District as a place people love to spend time, we ask that all visitors, tenants, and guests respect the comfort and safety of others.
THE FOLLOWING BEHAVIORS ARE NOT PERMITTED ANYWHERE ON NORA DISTRICT PROPERTY:
- Bullying, harassment, vulgar or discriminatory language of any kind
- Organized demonstrations, political gatherings, or solicitation without prior approval
- Smoking, vaping, or consumption of alcohol outside of designated areas
- Ignoring directions from security staff or local authorities
- Loitering, obstructing pathways, or blocking entrances
- Vandalism, littering, or any unsafe use of property, including unauthorized stickers or signage
- Possession of illegal substances or weapons
- Commercial photography or video recording without written consent
- Leaving bicycles or scooters outside of designated parking zones
PET POLICY:
We love our four-legged visitors too. Service animals are always welcome, and friendly pets are invited to join, provided they are leashed, attended at all times, and well-behaved. Please be mindful that some shops and restaurants may have their own pet policies that you must abide by.
Beyond the walkways and shops of Nora District, we want this sense of community to extend to the digital world as well. We welcome thoughtful feedback and conversation, but do reserve the right to remove or report any comments or content that violate these expectations.
