Pastis is a critically-acclaimed, Parisian-style brasserie which has anchored Manhattan’s Meatpacking District for more than 15 years, and in 2023, planted seeds in Florida, opening its second location in Miami. Looking forward, Pastis will bring its signature “je ne sais quoi” vibe to its fifth location as the signature restaurant within the hotly anticipated Nora Hotel, set to open in the District in October 2026.
