Pastis—a critically-acclaimed, Parisian-style brasserie— has anchored Manhattan’s Meatpacking District for nearly 15 years, and in 2023, planted seeds in Florida, opening its second location in Miami. Looking forward, Pastis will bring its signature “je ne sais quoi” vibe to its third location as the signature restaurant within the hotly anticipated Nora Hotel, set to open in October 2026.
