DISTRICT Parking Information

All lots are operated through ParkMobile – visitors should download the app and set up an account for their vehicle if they haven’t already. Upon arriving to the District and parking, visitors should start a parking session within their ParkMobile app that coordinates with the zone # of the lot in which they are parked.

Premium Parking Lots

• Location: Our Premium parking lots are located between 8^th and 10^th Streets, accessible via 8^th and 9^th Streets. See Zones 1937 on the map above.
• Pricing: After the complimentary first hour, the second hour is $5. The third hour is $10. There is a maximum premium parking time at Nora of 3 hours, and total parking fees will not exceed $15. Parking sessions must be started upon arriving and parking to avoid citations.
• EV Charging: Premium Parking lots are equipped with 6 EV charging stations located in the area north of 9th Street

General Parking Lots

• Location: Our General Parking Lot is located at the corner of 11^th St and Spruce Ave just north of the Nora Hotel construction site. See Zone 1938 on the map above.
• Pricing: After the complimentary first hour, parking up to an additional two hours is $3. Parking up to five hours, for example, will cost a total of $6. There is a maximum parking time at Nora of 10 hours, and total parking fees will not exceed $10. Parking sessions must be started upon arriving and parking to avoid citations.

Free Street Parking Alternative: Visitors may also choose to parallel park on 7th, 8th, 9th, and 10th Streets to the west of N Dixie Hwy when entering the District. These streets are not metered and are complimentary to the public.

Valet Parking Information

Valet Service Hours & Location: Our valet services currently operate from 10AM to 9PM and the stands are located on N Railroad Ave between 7th and 8th Streets.
