General Parking Information

All lots are operated through ParkMobile – visitors should download the app and set up an account for their vehicle if they haven’t already. Upon arriving to the District and parking, visitors should start a parking session within their ParkMobile app that coordinates with the zone # of the lot in which they are parked.

Premium Parking Features

• Cost: The second hour of parking is $5 and the third hour of parking is $10. There is a maximum parking time of 3 hours, with a maximum total of $15 (the first hour is complimentary). Parking sessions must be started upon arriving and parking to avoid citations.
• EV Charging: Premium Parking lots are equipped with 6 EV charging stations located in the area north of 9th Street

Free Street Parking Alternative: Visitors may also choose to parallel park on 7th, 8th, 9th, and 10th Streets to the west of N Dixie Hwy when entering the District. These streets are not metered and are complimentary to the public.

Valet Parking Information

Valet Service Hours & Location: During the month of September, two valet stands will operate from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The valet stands are located on N Railroad Ave between 7th and 8th Streets.
