IGK, Van Leeuwen, H&H Bagels
Watch the transformation of 860, 870, and 880 North Railroad Avenue as construction nears completion! This exciting new build will soon welcome IGK Hair Salon, Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, and H&H Bagels, with office spaces on the second floor, bringing top-tier style, sweet treats, and NYC’s iconic bagels to Nora.
