Pastis—a critically-acclaimed, Parisian-style brasserie— has anchored Manhattan’s Meatpacking District for nearly 15 years, and in 2023, planted seeds in Florida, opening its second location in Miami. Looking forward, Pastis will bring its signature “je ne said quoi” vibe to its third location as the signature restaurant within the hotly anticipated Nora Hotel, set to open in October 2026.

Pastis offers crowd favorites such as Onion Soup (delicious even in the heat), Escargot, a selection of Steak Frites, the perfectly-made Cheeseburger à l’Américaine, raw bar platters, and bread baskets abound.
