FOOD & BEVERAGE

Juliana’s

Juliana’s heralds the return of Patsy Grimaldi, NYC’s most celebrated pizza proprietor, with 2 locations—the original in DUMBO, Brooklyn and another in The Nora District in West Palm Beach. Patsy and his late wife, Carol, founded legendary Grimaldi’s Pizzeria and unbeknownst to many, sold the business and retired more than two decades ago. In 2012, the restless Grimaldis decided to partner with their close friend, Matt Grogan, and establish Juliana’s Pizza, proudly named after Patsy’s mother. Juliana’s has restored the integrity of the original Grimaldi recipe, preparing and serving pies as the family has for generations: deliciously thin crusts hosting only the finest homemade, locally & internationally-sourced toppings, expertly turned inside a hand-built coal-fired oven.
